Refund policy

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your item of purchase, we will exchange within 10 days upon arrival. The item must be in new condition; you will be offered the option to exchange for equal or lesser value of store credit. There is no refund on SALE ITEMS as they are FINAL SALE. 

Please go to Contact and enter "Refund/order #" in the subject line.

There are NO REFUNDS on any items, as all items are made to order. Shipping  charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for shipping cost of the item to or when return. For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier.

 

*Unfortunately we cannot replace and do not provide any refunds to any package lost during transit. In the event that does this happens, please contact us to help troubleshoot the matter at  info@energeejewelry.com .This is also applicable to any order marked as “delivered”.
