Shipping & Return Policy


All items ship via USPS. All orders will be shipped within 3-14 business days depending on the order. USPS delivery time is 1-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after 7-14 days of placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use USPS Tracking and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.

For all custom/personalized jewelry shipping takes between 4-6 weeks which includes processing your order, production, and shipping. Once shipped, packages generally arrive in 2-5 business days. 



If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your item of purchase, we will exchange within 10 days upon arrival. The item must be in new condition; you will be offered the option to exchange for equal or lesser value of store credit. There is no refund on SALE ITEMS as they are FINAL SALE.

There are NO REFUNDS on any items, as all items are made to order. Shipping  charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for shipping cost of the item to or when return. For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier.


*Unfortunately we cannot replace and do not provide any refunds to any package lost during transit. In the event that does this happens, please contact us to help troubleshoot the matter at .This is also applicable to any order marked as “delivered”.
